I usually do a full system clean up, which will usually involve running my AVG anti-vrus software first to remove any possible threats on my computer. Next I use Ad aware to remove any spyware from the system. Finally I use RegCure to remove any redundant files that Windows has failed to remove from the registry. This procedure usually gets my computer running like new again.
